The team struggled on the offensive end and the shot selection was very poor. I think we are going to have a very hard time making the NCAA’s this year fellas. I’m disappointed and I know I will catch a little heat for this, but I think there is no excuse for our basketball program not to be a top 25 teams every season. I think in order for us to succeed consistently we are going to need more players who are going to stay 3-4 years.

I blame this loss on Cal. He told the guards to drive into the middle where Bama had it all clogged up. They either turned the ball over ,threw up a prayer for a shot and had no one under to rebound. Even good coaches make mistakes at time. Why didn't he go back to Wiltjerto open the middle up a little? Bailey

Cal is a recruiter, not a coach.... We have good players he just does not understand what to do with them. REMEMBER<<< in close games the Coach always makes the difference...good or bad.

I think players must execute and Wiltjer passes up too many shots or efforts to score

There was definitely a mistake made in the second half by not getting Wiltjer more shots. I think he didn't take his first shot till there was about 3 or 4 minutes left in the game. Rebounding on the weak side killed us too. Noel is an elite defender and pretty much erases or alters almost everything, but there was no one last night to clean up some of the misses on the weak side and those second chances for Bama really hurt us.

The offense was ran through Kyle in the first half and as you can see it was a lot smoother. Cal in the 2nd half kept telling Goodwin and Harrow to drive the ball.....and as you can see they threw up prayers. Terrible B-ball IQ. I think this was a very bad collection of players.
